2023 Hall of Fame Winners

Bobby Franklin, Steve Fulton, and Bill Duckworth, Jr.

Bobby Franklin
Bobby was in the tire industry for 22 years. He owned and operated B&C Tire in four locations before selling them to Tire King. He served on the Georgia Tire Dealers Board as a President as well as other officer and director positions.


Bill Duckworth Jr.
Bill started in the tire industry with his dad in the 1960’s. He currently owns and operates Bill Duckworth Tire in five locations. Bill has served on the Georgia Tire Dealers Board for many years as President as well as other officer and director positions.


Steve Fulton
Steve started working for his dad at Mableton Goodyear when he was a teenager. He later went to work for Dugco Supply as a sales person. A few years later, he and his wife started their own tire supply business, Southeastern Tire Supply. After 23 years, they sold their company and merged with Mohawk Rubber. Steve later made the decision to work for Rubber Inc., where he is currently employed. Steve has served as the Suppliers Director for the past 20 years on the GTDRA Board.
